What the machine does once you press Start — you don’t control these phases, but knowing them tells you when to be nearby.

    Attach the Kneading Blade to the Baking Pan. Measure the ingredients precisely for the amount you’re making, and add them to the pan.

    Set the Baking Pan into the machine, lock it clockwise, fold down the handle and close the lid.

    Plug the Home Bakery into an outlet.

    Press the JAM key (the lamp blinks, "1:20" shows), then press START/RESET. It finishes in about 1 hour 20 minutes. The Timer isn’t available on this course, and the Main Body and Lid get extremely hot while it runs.

💡 One batch makes about 1 cup of jam. Since it has no preservatives, it won’t keep long — refrigerate it in a sealed container and use within about a week.
